Reply Smart LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use ReplySmart.

When you sign up and use ReplySmart, we collect your name, email, phone number, company name, business information needed for SMS carrier registration, your contacts and property information you upload, messages you create and send, and payment details handled by our payment provider. We never see your card numbers. When you use the platform, we collect which pages you visit, features you use, your IP address, browser type, device information, login times, errors, message delivery status, and opt-out requests. We also receive delivery updates from SMS providers, payment confirmations, and contact lists you import.

We use your information to run the platform and send your SMS campaigns, help you register with SMS carriers, process your subscription payments, provide customer support, make the platform better, and keep things secure and prevent fraud.

We don't sell your information. We share your data only with companies that help us run the service including SMS providers to send your messages, payment processors for billing, cloud hosting to store your data, and analytics tools to improve the platform. We'll also share your information if the law requires it or if we're acquired by another company, and we'll let you know first.

We use encryption, secure storage, access controls, and security monitoring to protect your information. That said, nothing online is 100% secure. We do our best, but we can't make absolute guarantees.

While you're subscribed, we keep everything. Messages are kept for 90 days after sending. Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by law. After you delete your account, we keep your data for 90 days in case you change your mind, then we permanently delete it.

You can see what data we have about you, fix incorrect information, delete your account and all your data, download your contacts and campaigns, and tell us to stop using your data in certain ways. To do any of these, just email replysmartai@gmail.com.

We use cookies to keep you logged in, prevent fraud, understand how people use the platform, and remember your settings. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but some features might not work. You must be 18 or older to use ReplySmart.

We'll email you if we make big changes to this policy. If you keep using ReplySmart after that, it means you're okay with the changes.
